Civitavecchia Rome Tour: Tours allows cruise ship passengers to make the most of their time while visiting italy.

This Rome day tour is for those who would like a reduced hour overview of the exquisite city of Rome. This Rome tour will allow you to visit more sites of Rome losing less time than any bus tour can offer.

Our English speaking driver guides will drive you up close to the sites to be visited with very little or no walking at all. You can choose the sites to visit and for the time that you like.

Since our shore excursions are strictly private, there is no rushing. We let you set the pace allowing all the time you need to visit the sites that you like and skip the ones that do not interest you.

Our driver will greet you directly below at the gangway of your ship and after about a 60/75 minute drive from the pier the adventure will begin by visiting the Splendours of Ancient Rome like the Coliseum, the Palatine Hill, the Roman Forum, the Circus Maximus, the Pantheon and more. You’ll also make a wish throwing a coin into the Trevi Fountain, then off to the Navona Plaza, the Venice Plaza, the Spanish Steps and more!

After visiting all these spectacular sites you can stop for a quick slice of pizza, a sandwich or salad near the Vatican which will be our final stop. For those that would like to also visit St. Peter’s Basilica extra hours may be necessary.
